eMedicus is a Commercial Institutional Review Board (IRB) that provides professional reviews of clinical and non-clinical research protocols. As a service to our customers, we have specialty committees for the review of oncology, cardiology and immunology research protocols. Our customers are pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, community-based physician practices and healthcare institutions that are not affiliated with a hospital-based institutional review board.

We provide reviews of pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials, investigator initiated clinical trials and for healthcare institutions that are not affiliated with a hospital-based institutional review board. These clinical trials may be single site, multi-site or large community-based physician practices.

eMedicus Institutional Review Board is comprised of highly qualified individuals with significant expertise and knowledge in the scientific, ethical, legal and regulatory aspects of clinical trials and clinical trials management.

Our "eIRB Process" is an internet-based system designed to provide a secure, timely, thorough and regulatory compliant review for our customers.

Our professional administrative staff all have clinical trials experience, are focused on providing prompt, efficient service enabling our customers to complete the review process and receive a quality review by experts who understand the needs and goals of the Sponsor, the Investigator and the Research Participant in a timely and cost effective manner.
